  • We do not guarantee admission to any university or programme

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed directly through our website by uploading your document and making payment.

  • Payment must be received in full before we begin work.

  • Prices are displayed clearly on our website and may change from time to time.

  • Documents submitted to us must be 5000 characters or below

4. Delivery

  • Edited documents are usually returned within 3–5 working days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Under UK law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase unless you request immediate service.

  • By submitting your personal statement for editing, you agree that the service begins immediately and therefore waive your statutory right to a 14-day cancellation period.

  • Refunds are only available if we have not yet started working on your document.

  • Our role is to provide feedback and editing to improve your writing.

  • We cannot be held liable for admission outcomes, lost opportunities, or decisions made by universities.

  • We do not tolerate plagiarism or academic dishonesty; our service is intended only for legitimate personal statement editing.

  • We collect and store your document only for the purpose of providing editing services.

  • Documents are kept confidential within the group of editors and are deleted after 3 months.
